IK2QEI Stefano Brioschi
My primary interest in amateur radio is contesting. I started contesting in the 90s at the I3MAU Multi-Multi contest station. I have operated at many of the top multi-op stations in the world, including IR4T, IR4M, IG9A, CT9L, TO1A, CN3A and more.
I founded Contest University Italy in 2008. It is now the big ham radio event in Italy. I was invited by K3EST to join the CQWW Contest Committee in 2010.
I’m one of the founders of the CN3A Contest Station. Since 2006 I have operated more than 30 contests from Morocco, with several World Records and First place finishes. My favorite record is the CQWW CW Single op 40m World.
I have been a competitor in previous WRTC 2000, 2002, 2006, 2010. To come back as a competitor in WRTC2014 is another great challenge for me.
